Surface Skis was the brainchild of Mike Schneider, who heard a call out of the wilds of Utah and decided to fill a need in the twin-tipped skiing segment. Surface has a great line of big twins for any snow condition, whether you are into skiing park, back country or more traditional shapes for all-mountain versatility. Surface was started in 2004 as a very non-traditional company and required many sacrifices from those involved. Founder Mike Schneider wants people to view Surface as a brand that they can relate to and be inspired by, not only on the snow, but in life.
