As the only twin-tip ski in Nordica's sidecountry series, the Unleash Hell is meant for western powder hounds who want to kill it in powder and occasionally ride switch. With camber under foot, Nordica says it built its sidecountry line for downhill performance with attributes that make it great in the sidecountry. Attributes like a wood and synthetic core reportedly makes the ski 20-percent lighter than a full wood core and thus more suitable for hiking out-of-bounds. Because the Unleash Hell's sidecut continues to get wider beyond the front contact point, there more edge contact helping it perform better on groomers.
